Is there a bug with DR for cloak of the winds? I’ve only got it to lvl 20 right now and according to the library I should have 21 DR but only get 20. Also, I enchanted it and did not get additional DR for each enchantment. Is that also a bug?
Had to restart before I got the DR for the enchants. But on the first point, is the library off by 1 DR or is it a bug?
