Send a mail/message or in game wisper, and you get it back if you can tell its stats (lvl, enchant,etc)
I guess you droped it by mistake, as it lay on ground and i then asked global if somebody have lost it and noone answerd me, i guess i could keep it but i wouldn’t. I know i would cried bitter tears if i had lost that kind of items by mistake, but no worry you get it back.
