Event tokens (not-ultra) should either get a boost, or have the cap increased to rate 10. The reason being is that Ultra tokens allow you to get the maximum allowed for each “event” so the other ones are quite pointless. If the single event items were increased, it would allow players to get a higher rate than the Ultra tokens, but sacrifice getting more of every other rate.
