Okay, having a senior moment, I could have sworn at one time I found the NPC that crafts Legendary Zaj gear. Been looking all over but to no avail. Checked the gear database and no references to crafter. Was I dreaming? Also, does the gear give +3 to all stats at lvl 30 if you have 31 all stats, as stated by one player?
The NPC is inside the castle when player owned, the teleporter that takes you inside castle is at starting point when player owned the same as if you were going to sky gardens. I am not sure on the stats though.
