So with the release of soul eaters, you guys are gonna wanna know what the procs do so you know which ones you wanna feed to your soul eaters! I spent the past week building a new tool and editing every single proc and X/XR weapon to ensure that they all have descriptions as well as making sure they are on the correct levels so that they can be gained by a soul eater (there are a few exceptions)
You can get to this proc list by clicking on Library at the top then clicking Soul Procs.
