Time may not always be on my side, but its on your side with this Fundraising event! The Temporal event is back with chests spawning containing items from the past, present and if you’re lucky, the future! The funds raised by this event will allow me to keep focus on finishing the new Soul Forge system so that you guys can create your very own Soul Eaters!
This system will allow you to temper and fuse empty cores into soul cores. With these soul cores you can place them in a pod in the hatchery and watch as they hatch into one of many different items, including the possibility of Soul Eater weapons and armors.
Once you have your very first soul eater, you will be able to then brand it with a unique name and begin to feed it soul weapons and armors to truly customize it to your liking giving it levels and skills up to a maximum of level 100!
This system has been in development for over a year now and is getting close to being ready, so please donate and help fund the release of this new feature! There are multiple parts to this event so read below more information about them.
Temporal Donation Event
This is a donation event that generates tickets for every dollar you donate for a drawing with amazing prizes. Tickets are gained Starting April 1st and the prizes will be drawn the first week of July.
During the month of April you’ll receive 2 tickets (or chances to win) per dollar donated. (Even if you donated before this post it still counts!)
During the months of May & June you’ll receive 1 ticket (or chance to win) per dollar donated.
The prize list will be posted soon with more details, but it will follow similar prize patterns as the previous donation events.
Increased standard donation rate
The rate during the event period will be 25 gift coins per dollar donated for non package donations! This can be increased up to 100% by donating larger amounts at the same time! The rate is increased at donations of $500, $1000, $2000 and $3000. Use the donation calculator to find out exactly how many gc you get for the donation you make!

Temporal Chest Event
Temporal Chests spawn randomly when you kill monsters above level 65. These chests come in 7 different flavors each with different rates and goodies to win. There’s a catch though! You must have a key to open them! Each chest has its own type of key required to open it. You can get these keys through Ives or from chests at the end of daily instances. Temporal chests will also disappear 10 minutes after they appear, so you better open them quickly!
The chests have been updated with some new drops including Empty Cores and even some Soul Cores which are like eggs that may very well hatch into your very first Soul Eater when the system releases! You can see the contents of each chest by clicking the images below:
The keys used to open these chests may be obtained from different methods read the details for each.

New Soul Forge Items
Some new items for the upcoming soul forge system have been added to these chests as mentioned above. If you use one of these items in the game, it will transfer it to the site inventory system directly to the soul forge. It may seem like the item went away but rest assured it will be in the soul forge when it opens up, ready for use! If you would like to keep track of the items you’ve obtained from the event, you can abstain from using them to keep them in your in game inventory. If you’re concerned about inventory space though, just send them to the forge! Also a forewarning, as this content is unreleased many of these details are subject to change as they are finished being developed and released. Please keep that in mind.
Empty Core S1 - S5
Soul Cores
With the release of the Soul Forge there will be a total of 10 soul core types. This event will only allow you to obtain 4 of those 10 (however your empty cores may become one of the others when you temper them at the anvil !). Soul Cores are placed in pods at the hatchery and after a specific amount of time they will hatch into different items or into a soul eater if you are lucky! The soul eaters they can become are based on the soul core you hatch and will have specific passive properties depending on which type.

In the future as development unfolds for each of these Soul Cores and their designated Soul Eaters, I plan to release more information about them. You can see all current previews of the Soul Forge in the #previews channel on discord. There are already many videos posted of the current progress of the Soul Forge and if you scroll far back enough some previews of the soul eaters obtained from some of those cores.
