This app can't run on your PC

when I hit the shortcut after the install a blue banner with the following pops up

“This App can’t run on your PC”
“To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher”
I even went through and changed the settings and IP proxies as advised and it still gave me this

This error means that you’re using a 32 bit version of Windows.

Unfortunately at this time we only support 64 bit versions of Windows. If you update windows to use a 64 bit version it should no longer have this error.

Let me know if you are still having issues after updating!
